WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Pleasantly Planned does not offer a return policy. Please be sure you select the correct item and size BEFORE placing your order.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards are coming soon!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST BY USPS?
Packages marked delivered by USPS tracking will not be replaced by Pleasantly Planned. Any package that is lost or has a tracking number that hasn't updated within 7 business days will be replaced at no additional charge. Please notify me if you encounter these issues.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typical order processing time is 5-7 business days. Shipping is always USPS First Class (3-5 business days in the US). International shipping times vary by country.Â

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
What You Need to Know
Flat rate $20 (no free shipping discount)
In the case that your actual shipping fee is over $20, a separate invoice via PayPal, will be sent for the difference in shipping cost. If invoice is not paid within 48 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
If for some reason you are not charged the $20 flat rate fee for international shipping at checkout, I will send a separate invoice in PayPal to cover the fee. If invoice is not paid within 48 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Until I become more familiar with International Shipping, this will be considered a trial run basis and may be discontinued at any time.
